Oceanside Village is superbly located between Surfside Beach and Garden City Beach on the south end of the Grand Strand. Proudly called “The Family Beach”, Surfside Beach as well as Garden City Beach are both active residential communities and thriving vacation destinations with more than 5 miles of pristine white sandy beaches. Within that stretch of beach lies “Oceanside Village” and our very own private beachfront parking lot and access to the beach exclusively provided to our homeowners and guests.
Security
24-hour gated and patrolled security provides “peace of mind” to our homeowners and guests. Going out of town? Just let the security guardhouse know and they will keep an eye on things while you are away.
Amenities
There are so many fun things to do in and around the Village that you’ll never want to leave. Our Community Center is home to all sorts of entertainment within the Village, such as parties, shows and even weddings. Enjoy swimming in our large outdoor pool or the indoor pool, exercise at the fitness center, stop by the library for a book or access your email on one of our computers. There’s always plenty of fun to be had at the playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, baseball field, horseshoe pits, or at the bocce court. Go fishing in the common area lakes, play golf at Tupelo Bay, or play miniature golf at Runaway Bay. Stop by The Grille for a bite to eat and then the Ice Cream Parlor for a scoop or two. The Tupelo Bay Beach Express shuttle bus makes stops throughout our facilities for your convenience, or you can rent a golf cart to experience the Village at your own pace.

Whether you enjoy live music and dinner dances or a BBQ with friends and neighbors before watching the beach side fireworks display, the Entertainment Committee at Oceanside Village always has something special planned that will meet the needs of just about every age group.
