Oceanside Village, LLC (our parent corporation) has graciously funded the “Home and Yard of the Month” award since April 2004. The award is given during the months of May through September of each year. The creator of the program was Mr. Ray Costin, who wanted to recognize the work that goes into keeping the many homes and yards within Oceanside Village beautiful and well maintained. Winners come from all areas of Oceanside Village with the winner of the award being determined by a committee of our residents. The homeowner receives a monetary award and has a sign placed in their yard for a month in recognition that they are a “Home and Yard of the Month” award winner.
